Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

All orders over £80.00 will receive free next working day delivery.

Express deliveries are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class or by DHL depending on weight, dimensions etc, and are sent the same day for orders received before 1pm. These will normally arrive next day.

If you chose our low cost postage option then your order will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class and dispatched within one working day. These can take 3 to 4 working days to arrive so please contact us after this period if you haven’t received your order.

We dispatch before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) so make sure you place your order before 1:00pm if you require your order the following working day.

If you require an order urgently or on a specific date, please call our sales office on 01380 590 690 (Monday to Friday) and we will assist you in the best way possible.

NOTE: Any orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

. Full payment must be received before dispatch, accepted via debit/credit card or PayPal. Wholesale inquiries should be directed to French Furniture Fittings through the ‘Contact Us’ option on the website. If there is an issue with your delivery, such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items, contact the company within 14 days for a replacement or full refund. Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes, and it is important to provide an accurate delivery address to avoid issues. If a delivery attempt fails, carriers will leave a card for you to collect the package or arrange redelivery. Unclaimed parcels after five days will be returned to the company.

Full payment must be received via our website before orders will be sent out. This can be by debit/credit card or using PayPal.

​Problems with your delivery

If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, please call us as soon as you receive your order and we will get it sent to you without delay, free of charge. If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the products sent out again free of charge, or we’ll give a full refund!

​Other Address Problems

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package.

​Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.
