Orders of items that we hold in stock will be delivered in 3 – 5 working days.
Trade Customers: As a Trade Customer you may receive a discount on all ‘French Furniture Fittings’ brand cabinet knobs and handles. (Note: This is not applicable to other brands that French Furniture Fittings represent.) Please contact French Furniture Fittings to arrange your discount. (email@example.com)
Problems with your delivery: If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the products sent out again free of charge, or we’ll give a full refund!
If you do not receive everything you ordered, this may be because the item was out of stock. If this is the case, it will be forwarded to you as soon as we receive it. If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, please call us as soon as you receive your order and we will get it sent to you without delay, free of charge.
Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.
Other Address Problems: Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.
Full payment must be received via our website before orders will be sent out. This can be by debit/credit card or using PayPal.
