Please Note: Due to Covid-19 some deliveries have been taking slightly longer than usual. This is understandable due to reduced staff and safe working practices that workers are adhering to. Thank you for your patience should a delay occur.

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK Mainland-

Orders under £80.00 are charged a flat rate of £4.90. The carrier will vary from one order to another depending on various factors such as weight, size and value of the parcel.

Orders of £80.00 or above are free within the UK mainland.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

For shipments outside of the UK, please contact us. Each order will be treated on a case by case basis.

DELIVERY TIMES

When browsing the website, you will see a delivery time stated (in working days) for each item.  (Orders of items that we hold in stock will be delivered in 3 – 5 working days.)

These are usually the maximum times that an order should take to fulfil, and will often be considerably shorter. We will start the process from the day that we receive your order and work diligently to get it out to you as soon as possible. Some items are not held in stock and therefore have to be ordered from the manufacturer. These items will inevitably take a little longer to reach you.

Please note:  Orders that contain items with varying delivery times will be bundled together. In this case, the item with the longest delivery time will determine when the entire order will be dispatched.  Please allow for this in your planning. You may opt to place two separate orders accordingly.

You should always hold off from booking tradespeople until you have received your items. There is always a remote possibility that your order could be delayed.  French Furniture Fittings Ltd cannot be held responsible for any knock-on effects this has regarding tradespeople.

Where possible, you will be sent a tracking number/link to check on the status of your order.
