Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping returns
To return your order please send the package to:
French Furniture Fittings, 15 Park Road, Market Lavington, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 4ED.
- Please be sure to package your items in such a way as to keep them from scratching, and as much as possible, in their original packaging.
- Make sure to include a note with your name and order number so that we know who to refund.
- When we receive the items, and have checked their condition, we will issue a refund to the same account from which you originally made the purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Please note that we generally process refunds on a Friday afternoon, also banks take a few days to process such payments. This may explain any delays in receiving your refund.
Exchanges
In this situation we ask that you return any unwanted items for which you will be refunded, then place a separate order for the items that you require.
